At Noorain, each piece is handmade with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy below:

Returns & Refunds

  • We only accept returns if:

    • The product arrives damaged (must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order).

    • Your jewelry tarnishes on its own within 1 month of purchase (covered under our 1-month warranty).

  • Returns will not be accepted if:

    • The jewelry was not cared for according to our Jewelry Care Instructions.

    • There is a sizing issue due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

    • You simply change your mind or no longer like the item.

Process

If your item qualifies for a return, please email us at info@bynoorain.com within the timeframe with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Notes

  • Warranty covers natural tarnishing only; damage caused by mishandling, exposure to water/chemicals, or improper storage is not eligible.

  • Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is on our side.
